You have 14 days from receipt of your order to return your unused items.
Items must be in original condition, unused. For hygienic reasons, opened or used lashes cannot be returned.
Once we have received and checked your return, the purchase amount will be refunded within 5 working days. The original shipping costs will not be refunded.
