You have within 14 days from the receipt of your order to return your unused items.
The items must not be in original condition, unused. For hygienic reasons, opened or used eyelashes cannot be returned.
As soon as we have received and checked your return, the purchase amount will be refunded within 5 working days. The original shipping costs are non-refundable.
